Custom software solutions

Migrations, custom tooling, an additional site, support through a scheduled audit.

Overview

When the task falls outside every pillar

We implement. What you need and cannot buy, we build.

Not every task fits a pillar. We are implementers: when applications need to move, interfaces refuse to talk to each other, a tool is missing that no one sells, or an additional site should come online, we build it.

We look at your starting point before we talk scope and price. That way you get a proposal that fits your situation and holds up during the project. We work in an agile way, so changing requirements stay affordable.

Typical cases

Migrations in both directions: cloud to your own infrastructure, your own infrastructure to cloud, or between two cloud providers

Custom software: tools, automations and integrations no one sells, built to fit your use case

An additional site for disaster recovery, on your existing infrastructure or in the cloud

Support through an audit whose date is already set

An acute incident your team cannot isolate

A support concept for your platform, with clear responsibilities and response times

How it works

Assess first, then quote

The assessment sets scope and price. What your procurement team and your outsourcing officer get from it is on the right.

02

How it works

Assess first, then quote

The assessment sets scope and price. What your procurement team and your outsourcing officer get from it is on the right.

The audit or workshop establishes scope, risks and effort. What follows is a fixed price that holds, or ongoing work with an agreed cap. There is no partial discount just because something already exists: effort depends on how cleanly it was built and documented, not on how much is there.

On the support concept: together we define which availability and response times your platform needs, who takes which role, and where outside help makes sense. Your team can run it, a provider of your choice can, or we can in an agreed scope.

What your procurement team gets

Our contracts meet DORA Article 30 out of the box: exit plan, audit rights for you and your regulator, named subcontractors, service locations

We deliver the entries for your information register with it, in the structure the regulator expects

Incident support is included, no extra invoice at the worst possible moment

The usual renegotiation round with the provider disappears

Documented groundwork lowers the project price, a grown landscape raises it. The assessment tells you which applies
